Slyde is a decentralised, on-demand place that connects individuals or organisations (Poster) requiring short-term tasks with skilled individuals (Slyder) willing to perform these tasks.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Slyde, weather you're a Poster or a Slyder.

You can post a task by providing a clear description, specifying deadlines, payment terms, and any other requirements. Ensure that the task complies with local laws and Slyde's terms and conditions.
Posters pay the agreed-upon amount for a task via Slyde’s secure payment gateway. No service fee is added to the total amount during payment processing.
Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Job Start
If a Poster cancels the job 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time, no cancellation fee will be charged. This allows Posters sufficient flexibility while giving Slyders time to find alternative opportunities.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Job Start
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the Poster is required to pay a fee of 10% of the job posting amount. This fee compensates the Slyder for the inconvenience caused by the late cancellation.
At Slyde, we encourage Posters and Slyders to work together to resolve any disputes in a fair and friendly way. If you need extra help, our team is here to assist with dispute resolution. Slyders can browse available tasks and accept one by agreeing to the terms provided by the Posters. Ensure you understand the task’s requirements (e.g. date, location, job description and duration) before accepting.
Slyders receive their earnings securely through Slyde's payment system.
Cancellations by Slyders
Slyders are expected to honour their commitments once they accept a job. If a Slyder needs to cancel, they should do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled job start time to minimize disruption for the Poster.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Job Start
If a Slyder cancels a job less than 24 hours before the start time without a valid reason, they may face account restrictions or penalties, including possible suspension for repeated violations.
No-Show Policy
If a Slyder fails to show up for a job without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a serious breach of the app’s guidelines. Such behavior may result in penalties, such as reimbursement to the Poster or account deactivation.
Yes, as an independent contractor, you are responsible for complying with tax obligations related to the income you earn through Slyde.
Slyde strictly prohibits posting illegal tasks, misrepresenting identity, harassment & abuse, fraud & deceptive activities and violation of community guidelines. Violating these rules may lead to account suspension or termination.
If Slyde detects fraudulent activities, misuse, or violation of the terms, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended. You will be notified with the reason and, if applicable, steps to resolve the issue.
No, Slyde does not provide insurance. Users are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for potential risks, such as property damage or injury, while performing or offering tasks.
